Nathan specialises in finding the very best people for high-tech roles in the semiconductor and associated industries across Europe and the USA. He has a broad service scope in the semiconductor industry, recruiting for roles across Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales and Executive level. His networked is focussed on engagements with candidates who are hard to find and often hidden, meaning they are invisible to traditional recruitment techniques.
Nathan has found the best way to help semiconductor businesses recruit in such a candidate-led market is to proactively grow and maintain a diverse network by reaching out to people who are happy in their current roles but are susceptible to new and exciting opportunities. He believes this to be the most value-adding approach to recruitment and an effective way for his clients to gain a competitive advantage.
Previously, Nathan enjoyed success in an executive recruitment marketing role for semiconductor companies in the UK and Europe and prevailed in sales, service delivery and complaint resolution management roles in the travel industry.
“My goal is to use my experience to continue to build fruitful and long-lasting relationships with successful organisations and talented individuals with highly technical backgrounds. I create unrivalled value by expanding my clients' talent pools and matching the right people with the right roles based on skillset, experience, opportunities for progression, personality and culture.”
In his downtime, Nathan loves nothing more than heading back to Italy, Austria or Slovenia to see old friends and spend time in the mountains, whether that be skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer months. His biggest achievements to date are climbing Slovenia’s highest mountain, Mt. Triglav and skiing one of the longest runs in the world from the highest cable car in Europe, the Klein Matterhorn in Zermatt, Switzerland to Valtournenche in Italy with a total of 20km.
