Delve Recruitment are a progressive, forward thinking search business who support the international biotech, semiconductor and technology markets in finding the very best talent. Due to continued growth & expansion of our global customer base, we are now searching for a Marketing Executive to join our team.
The business is looking to engage customers with valuable and relatable marketing content, which means you will be responsible for creating and leading those activities. You will have the full support of the company directors and have autonomy to be creative when trying to stand out in a noisy market space.
As the first marketing person to join Delve, you will have a blank slate as to what is possible and how the business can develop it’s strategies; meaning that this position would suit someone who is confident and assertive in implementing new strategies.
Part of your role will be to create and drive email marketing campaigns that focus on both client and candidate engagement. You will be expected to design and create campaigns that can be used to promote the brand and it’s service offerings to international customers. Alongside this, the Delve team needs your support in creating or amending any internal/external documents. These can range from customer proposals through to visual documents that help people prepare for interviews; again, this isn’t perfect right now, so it gives someone blank canvass to be creative and add real value.
As the businesses continues to grow internationally, we will look to this role to help us create relationships with similar marketing support in new territories such as Germany, the USA & Australia – in the meantime networking & building relationships with local translators would also be helpful for content creation outside of English-speaking nations.

As a business we are small, nimble and growing. We look to reward our team with quarterly incentives; we have done everything from racing over Snowdonia on a zip line, fast passing around Alton Towers through to the NFL in London. We have had Christmas parties in Germany & Manchester but above all we have always tried to have fun.
