Delve Recruitment Ltd are specialist technical engineering and manufacturing recruitment consultancy based in Northwich, Cheshire. We are a small, highly efficient business with an excellent reputation in the market across the UK and Europe.

The level of service Delve provide is leading to rapid growth, hence the new requirement for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Delve was founded by three experienced Recruitment Consultants who believe strongly in good values, hard work, being good people and delivering the best service in the market. We are therefore looking for like-minded people, with or without recruitment experience, who want to work in a professional environment and want to be the best.

The culture at Delve is that of trust, autonomy and success. We have never believed in driving KPIs or awkward cold calling, we take a more consultative approach.

In terms of the role, you will be focused on working speaking to candidates and successfully filling the requirements our clients give us. This means being involved in the project from the initial client meeting alongside one of the Directors to understand exactly what is needed. From there, you will manage the search process of finding the best candidate for the job. Experience required for the role include:

  • Excellent communications skills. Confident speaking to people and conducting interviews face to face and over the phone.
  • Being organised in this type of role is key and the ability to multi-task.
  • A sense of urgency and good at working to tight deadlines.
  • Hard working and willing to work outside of normal hours if necessary.
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Word and Excel.

The opportunity is limitless; the right person could progress into a full Consultants role, build a team around them focusing on Talent Acquisition and perhaps one day progress to Directorship.
