We are working with a well established business who design and build electronic analysis systems used within multiple industries.

The business have been successful even during the last 18 months, and a continued drive towards new products alongside working with a loyal customer base has enabled them to have a solid platform to build from for 2021 and beyond.

At this point, they are at a stage where continued product development is at the forefront of their minds. How can they continue to innovate and stay ahead? To solve the challenge, they are searching for a Technical Manager who is a a creative electronic development engineer by trade. This person will be someone who enjoys the hands on creative nature of designing, developing and testing systems and seeing them come to life. Whilst you will be creative, you will also have an interest in the support of a wider team. In reality this means being a support function for software and hardware development engineers who need someone to bounce ideas off from a technical perspective.

A team player is critical. As is someone who is happy to work with a private owner who will have ideas and suggestions for products. Ultimately this role is all about technical creativity.

You will enjoy working for a small business that cares, and they have some great examples of gestures that really show this. You can have flexibility to attend appointments without question, work from home when needed and have a really good work life balance.

Salary is flexible for the right person, although they are aiming for circa £50,000. This isn't hard and fast, and they would be open to speaking with people above and below this figure.
